Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the pkdb platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the pkdb website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

pkdb is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and enjoyable online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. The purpose of these Terms is to ensure fair use of the platform and to protect the rights of every user.

1 Acceptance of Terms

• Do not allow anyone other than an authorised person to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the pkdb support team immediately.
• pkdb is not responsible for misuse of an account by a third party if the user did not report it in a timely manner.

Identity Verification (KYC)

pkdb may conduct identity verification at any time. As part of this process, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• A clear copy of a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of bank account or mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) details.
• A recent utility bill or other government-issued document for address verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pkdb supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology.

Supported payment methods

Only the following methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (across all methods).
• Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Once a deposit is made, it is generally reflected in your account within a few minutes.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be initiated until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• pkdb reserves the right to temporarily place withdrawals on hold during a verification process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pkdb offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which it is important to read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

Wagering Terms

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• Bonus bets may not be valid on certain games designated by pkdb — please read the details of each offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.

VIP Program

pkdb offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver, and up to 1.2% for Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play.

6 Game & Betting Rules

pkdb offers a variety of games and sports betting options. All games are operated on a fair play basis.

General Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, pkdb reserves the right to void the bet or re-determine the outcome.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs for any advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or third-party software to play games is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Placing a bet with prior knowledge of an event's outcome, or any attempt at match-fixing, is subject to strict legal action.
• If a match is suspended due to weather or any other reason, the rules applicable on the betting website will apply.

7 Responsible Gaming

pkdb places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of problems.

• The 21+ age rule is strictly enforced.
• Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits.

8 User Code of Conduct

All pkdb users must follow the rules below to maintain a respectful and honest environment:

Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Any form of fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to pkdb's systems, software, or network.
• Submitting false information or forged documents.
• Rude, aggressive, or threatening behaviour towards the support team.
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of any of the above violations, pkdb reserves the full right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and, where applicable, take legal action.

• Your personal information is not sold to any third party.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pkdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• In cases of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• By order of a legal authority.
• Due to extended inactivity (after a specified period).

Account closure at the user's request

You may close your account at any time on your own initiative. To do so, contact the pkdb support team. You will be given the opportunity to complete all valid withdrawals before the account is closed; however, funds linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkdb is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruption or technical failure.
• Issues related to third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or disclosure of account credentials.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Service unavailability during system maintenance.

12 Changes to Terms

pkdb reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

• Users will be notified by email or via a platform notice for significant changes.
• Updated terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
